Presidential Election Saving The Bowl

United States of America, November 5 presidential election. Save the bowl or drop it on the floor?

The bowl. What is inside? Depends. Yes, it all depends on what you think. Twins are one person in two - if I may be so bold to suggest it - but they will see the contents differently. One twin might say it contains oatmeal. The other one might see sugar-coated cereal.

Why is the bowl tied with a string? It’s a pertinent question for the country called America. On 5 November, voters will decide what is in the bowl. It’s important to define its contents because that will determine the kind of string needed to secure it. Indeed, is a string even necessary? Human beings don’t have feathers, but have a propensity to wear the same clothes to show where they belong:

1. Church women, Catholic or Protestant? You can tell by the colour of their uniform

2. College football season, a whole stadium filled with one colour

3. Weddings and the ‘theme’

4. Politics, Democratic Party blue and Republican Party red

Despite their differences, Democrats and Republicans agree on one thing: the bowl is fragile and must be secured at all cost. It looks like Democrats agree on what is in the bowl and why it must be secured with a string.

Things are fuzzy when it comes to Republicans. Donald Trump sees himself as both the bowl and the contents. He regards himself as a one-size-fits-all. The string is to secure himself and has the U.S. Supreme Court for extra strength. Republicans that spoke at the DNC in Chicago want to cut MAGA strings and rescue the bowl. No. They don’t want to be Democrats. The resolve is to save the bowl.
