Georgia Senate Part of Racketeering

Kelly Loeffler, Georgia Senator in Washington D.C. between 2020-2021.

Fani Willis must have a thick skin like a tortoise by now, because Georgia Republicans are notorious for filing objections for anything that upsets their immediate and future plans. She seems to be a perfect fit.

Michael A. Roman is a case in point. He is one of the 14 remaining co-defendants in The State of Georgia v Donald John Trump, for being part of an ‘enterprise’ whose objective was to defraud Georgia’s 2020 presidential election. The objective was to make it look like Trump won. He lost. That’s why Joe Biden is the current U.S. President.

The original Trump 18 was indicted by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis because the State of Georgia is an entity but it is not a human being. It cannot talk. Michael A. Roman misses the point. He has an aversion for Fani Willis and wants her disqualified from the case because of her relationship with Nathan Wade the lead prosecutor, whom Roman claims led to some financial gain. The judge will look into the matter this week.

Fani Willis is not Roman’s problem

There was a special grand jury that investigated what enterprise members like Michael A. Roman and Rudy Giuliani did, to try and steal Joe Biden’s win. That jury recommended 39 people should be indicted including:

Lindsey Graham

Kelly Loeffler

David Perdue

Michael Flynn

The final grand jury decided to indict the Trump 18 and luckily for Michael A. Roman, he is part of the co-defendants. There is a reason why the Fulton County District Attorney did not indict all 39. She knows her job, the law, the RICO Act and racketeering practices. It was never personal that she doesn’t like Michael A. Roman.

Michael A. Roman and Donald Trump - defendant extraordinaire - went into Fani Willis’ personal life because they had nothing, no professional misconduct they could accuse her of. Roman demanded unsealing Wade’s divorce papers, hoping he would find evidence that she was the reason for the divorce. Nothing. No Fani Willis in there. How low can you get? Only two things are guaranteed this year, the sun will keep shining and Michael A. Roman will still be part of the criminal case called: The State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump.
