Georgia Genius Senate and English
English is very complicated. There’s the dictionary meaning. There’s the legal meaning, then there’s the ‘I call the shots’ meaning. Georgia Senate is a case in point. Georgia voters are aggrieved. They were robbed. They voted, but Donald Trump and some Senate members formed a criminal ‘enterprise’ under the RICO Act to rob them of their 2020 presidential vote.
Why am I bringing up the State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump and the original 18 co-defendants? Because of the English language. Georgia Senate members, who are part of this criminal ‘enterprise’ have become prosecutors, judge and jury against the very State of Georgia. How? They set up a panel to investigate Fani Willis, Fulton County District Attorney who indicted the Trump 18, on behalf of the victims, Georgia voters. This is how they put it: “ ………. to enact new or amend existing laws and/or change state appropriations to restore public confidence in the criminal justice system.”
How does a criminal change prosecution rules before his day in court? I’ve underlined that part because it seems to mean different things to different people. The District Attorney indicted Trump to restore public confidence in the criminal justice system, that no one is above the law. The following men in the Georgia Senate indicted with Trump, are turning around and have set up a panel to try Fani Willis and to ‘amend existing laws.’
1. Shawn Micah Tresher Still
2. David James Shafer
3. Ray Stallings Smith 111
4. Cathleen Alston Latham
5. Stephen Ciffgard Lee (the co-defendant is a pastor. Good God!)
6. Robert David Cheeley
And, here we are. A goat was stolen. Donald Trump might have stolen the goat but he needed what RICO calls ….. Defendants and other members and associates of the enterprise……….. to transport it around. What does Georgia genius do? Set up a panel, to arrest the arresting officer and amend criminal laws she charged them with.
