Letitia James, New York Attorney General has two calculators: the old school table-top one, accountants adore and a digital one. The digital doesn’t take a vacation. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, the interest jogs outside the Trump Tower, every day Donald Trump fails to pay the $464 million Judge Arthur Engoron slapped on him.

What for? It’s the penalty for defrauding the great state of New York, for years. Talk about cooking the books! Thievery, is the right word, although Trump says the banks made money, everybody was happy. Except New York State, says Letitia James.

Donald Trump has money. It is an insult to New York, to put chicken change, $100 million on the table. He must pay the $464 million, because he has deep pockets.

1. He had a budget for 6 January 2021 insurrection, so Donald Trump must pay up.

2. He has a budget to challenge every breath Judge Engoron takes, so he must pay up.

3. He has a budget to challenge every step Special Counsel Jack Smith takes, so he must pay up.

4. He has a budget to delay his racketeering crime in Georgia by dragging Fani Willis, Fulton County District Attorney’s name to the mud, so he must pay up.

5. He has a budget to delay the course of justice until November 2024, so he must pay up.

6. He has a budget to challenge the 2024 results of the presidential election, when he loses, so he must pay up.

Donald Trump has money. So, he must pay up.

Comfort Food As Regret Food

Chicken curry. Comfort food is good for the soul, which usually bleeds in winter from icy roads, bad drivers that want to annihilate pedestrians, frozen fingers and toes that take a sabbatical.   What happened to my toes?   I thought I was wearing special socks for boots? The internet and mama have something in common: manners.   They believe that always say Hi! To people you meet. Home is where the heart is, but it is rough being at home these digital days.   People are so tied up in chat rooms, Instagram, Twitter, FB, YouTube or Google mania, they don’t have a minute to say hi or good night to people they share a toilet or kitchen with. Thank god for internet players.   They say hi to me when I re-open a document after a thirty minutes’ break.   It’s all automated, but it is nice when the computer calls me by my name and encourages me to continue, where I left off.
