The State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump Witnesses

A witness who might give evidence against Michael A. Roman, one of the co-defendants in Donald Trump’s criminal case in Georgia, might be in danger.

Roman is financially comfortable to hire lawyers to fabricate evidence he thinks, might lead to the removal of District Attorney Fani Willis and dismissal of the RICO case. Therefore, he might use his money to harm witnesses that know what he did for Donald Trump in Georgia. Let’s look at the 14 August 2023 indictment.

“On or about the 30th day of November 2020, MICHAEL A. ROMAN instructed unindicted co-conspirator Individual 7, whose identity is known to the Grand Jury, to coordinate with individuals associated with the Trump Campaign to contact state legislators in Georgia and elsewhere on behalf of DONALD JOHN TRUMP and to coordinate them to unlawfully appoint presidential electors from their respective states. This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.”

What do we glean from this?

1. Michael A. Roman knows the identity of Individual 7.

2. Michael A. Roman knows why he is labelled as a co-conspirator.

3. Michael A. Roman knows why he is indicted and Individual 7 is not.

4. The indictment uses the word ‘overt’ and Michael A. Roman knows exactly what it means.

Michael A. Roman cannot afford Donald Trump’s case to go to trial. That is why he is besmirching the District Attorney. And guess who is watching all this? Individual 7. And he is afraid. If Michael A. Roman can build Fani Willis’ defamation on sand, what about him? Individual 7 has rock solid evidence: facts, figures, names and places.
