Fox News Pay Dominion $787 Million

Dominion Voting Systems' big legal guns, with their CEO Jon Poulos. The company took Fox News to court for defaming the voting machines they manufacture.

What is defamation?

“You have a big head.”

“Fact. My parents even gave me a nick name, for it.”

“Your factory produces marmalade full of worms.”

“Aaah! Aaaah! Hold it right there. All lies. Do you want to ruin my business?”

That, in a nutshell, is defamation and I’m breaking it down for Georgia Republicans that are on a suicide mission because they keep accusing ballot counting machines of being faulty. That is why the Georgia State Election Board wants to count ballots by hand. Translation? Election fraud. They want to count the votes in favour of Trump.

Georgia Stop Playing With Fire

Dominion Voting Systems makes those ballot counting machines and it will not tolerate lies about its product. Ask Fox News. It repeated that lie on air after the 2020 election, and Dominion sued the television network for $1.6 billion. Both parties eventually settled out of court with Fox News agreeing to pay Dominion $787,500, 000.

Jon Poulos, Dominion Voting Systems CEO explained in simple English what happens, if you lie about someone’s product/business.

“Fox has admitted to telling lies about Dominion that caused enormous damage to my company, our employees and the customers we serve. Nothing can ever make up for that. Throughout this process, we have sought accountability, he said. “Truthful reporting in the media is essential to our democracy.” SOURCE: NPR online report, April 18, 2023.
