In one of his rallies, Donald Trump said American women are not safe and promised to protect them from immigrants from Haiti and Congo. Not only that, he claims Congolese men are former prisoners in their country. American women are not listening to made up stories. All they know is Trump’s rap sheet.

1. In May 2023, a jury found Donald Trump liable for sexually abusing E.Jean Caroll, the writer.

2. He defamed E. Jean Carroll and he must pay her damages.

3. His former wife Ivanka Trump included rape allegations in divorce papers, but later withdrew them.

4. He got services from Stormy Daniels, a porn star and told Michael Cohen, his lawyer to pay her.

5. Other women also talk about what Donald Trump did to them.

6. Donald Trump boasts about touching women, 'if you are famous.'

Danger To Black Men

Donald Trump is a dangerous man for putting black men in danger, again. This racist accusation about men from Haiti and Congo has slavery and Jim Crow written all over it.

During those days, white men in the South believed that black men were always hankering after white women. Black men were lynched to ‘protect’ white womanhood. Later in the century, they were thrown in jail. Most accusations from white women were false, vindictive because black men refused to be experiments. It meant death. We still get news of black men who served more that 20 years in jail, for sexual crimes on white women they did not commit.

Donald Trump thinks he will score points with white women. Far from it. They won’t subscribe to inhumanity of the past, they are ashamed of. It’s 2024. They will not be amused by the notion that they are just pretty flowers, damsels in distress, waiting to be protected by a convicted felon, an abuser and a man who cheated on his wife, while she was pregnant with their son.

And, a man who boasts of overturning Roe V. Wade. That is what American women voters know, not some imaginary men from Haiti and Congo. They cannot wait to settle scores with Trump, on 5 November.

Comfort Food As Regret Food

No Air Miles

I don’t have Air Miles.   I’m considering putting that on a T-Shirt because I cannot go to the drugstore (chemist) or coffee shop without the cashier asking me if I have air miles. We waited for about two minutes the other day, while this guy looked for his Air Miles card in his overweight wallet.   For what?   For a few points. I don’t have air miles because Mathematics is a foreign language.   I was never good in numbers. That is why I squashed the idea of being an investment banker very early in life.   I understand you can invest in cornfields before the soil is turned up or pork bellies even before a baby pig is born. That is how I view air miles, investing in tomorrow or the unknown.   I’m the dumb one.   Some people understand this air miles’ thing so well, I overheard one customer saying: I can even convert my points into cash.
