Michael A. Roman Cannot Delete Trump's Case
Michael A. Roman is part of the 18 co-defendants in, The State of Georgia vs. Donald John Trump. The number has gone down to 14 if I’m not mistaken, because the following accepted plea deals and will work with the prosecution and divulge who, what, why, where and when.
1. Sidney Powell
2. Kenneth Cheseboro
3. Jenna Ellis
4. Scott Hall
However, we will leave it at 18 because of a crucial word in the RICO Act: enterprise. The State of Georgia accuses them of “……. the Defendants and other members and associates of the enterprise committed overt acts to effect the objectives of the enterprise.”
The word ‘enterprise’ is broader than the Trump 18. Non-legal writers like myself tend to be general, and lump everything into, another Republican Party ploy to perpetuate the lie that Donald Trump won the 2020 election.
This is a RICO case therefore, we should get used to its terminology, like the word enterprise. In the 14 August 2023 indictment, District Attorney Fani Willis makes constant reference to other co-conspirators who are not indicted, but important cogs in the wheel, nonetheless. Michael A. Roman, is one co-defendant, that will be torpedoed by small cogs, despite his money and connections.
He is well connected in Conservative Party circles in Canada and the rest of the world through the International Democratic Union (IDU). He used to be a treasurer before he worked for Donald Trump. This is how TheTyee.ca defines it: “The International Democratic Union (IDU) is an intelligence resource for conservative parties around the world. They trade secrets on voter suppression and other dirty tricks.”
What’s your point? My point is: he knows the implications of the word enterprise. The secrets. Creative financial transactions. Bribery. And lying. He must stop deluding himself that lying against the District Attorney will blow-torch this case away. It is Georgia RICO we are talking about here: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. He was part of the enterprise, to criminally change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.
