Clarence Thomas Stayed So Nathan Wade Stays
Georgia. Did Fani Willis benefit financially by hiring Nathan Wade, her former paramour to work as special counsel in The State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump RICO case? We don’t know. We’re still waiting. Judge Scott McAfee will only disqualify him if there’s evidence, she did it for financial reasons.
Therefore, it is putting the cart before the horse to suggest that if Nathan Wade is not disqualified, he should still step down. The alleged reason is the credibility of the prosecution. It will cast a shadow on The State of Georgia v. Trump. It will not, because Clarence Thomas has cast a shadow on the U.S. Supreme Court since 15 October 1991, when he was confirmed. Anita Hill, a woman he worked with testified how he sexually harrassed her, but he still got the job.
How about Nathan Wade? He had a both-of-us relationship with a District Attorney. No sexual harrassment. Secondly, he must not step down if he is not disqualified because Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas did not recuse himself, during the oral argument about the Colorado Supreme Court decision. Remember, it ruled that Donald Trump could not hold public office again, because of the insurrection clause.
Why would Clarence Thomas recuse himself? Because his wife, Virginia, known as Ginny, attended Donald Trump’s rally at the Ellipse on 6 January and her correspondence with John Eastman and Mark Meadows is proof that she believes the 2020 election was fraudulently stolen from Donald Trump.
Who is John Eastman and Mark Meadows? They are co-defendants in The State of Georgia v Donald John Trump case for having formed a criminal ‘enterprise’ to overturn the legitimate 2020 presidential election results. Nathan Wade is a special prosecutor in that case. Come to think of it, I should not be comparing Wade and Thomas because their cases are as different as night and day.
The matter is on Judge McAfee’s desk because Michael A. Roman, one of Trump’s co-defendants wants Fani Willis removed from the case and that it should be obliterated altogether. Everybody go home, burn the mugshots. Whereas with Clarence Thomas, his wife is part of the problem. She believes that Donald Trump was ‘robbed.’ The 6 January 2021 assault on the Capitol is the child of that belief.
CONCLUSION
Let’s thrash the notion that Nathan Wade and Fani Willis should still step down if, they are not disqualified. Clarence Thomas did not. Also, it would be a rubber stamp of what Michael A. Roman and Donald Trump want, a precedent for future cases. Hang two people’s private lives on the washing line for America to see, because you want to get away with your own criminal activities, prohibited by the Georgia RICO Act.
