Donald Trump Threatens America

Donald Trump has threatened America of ‘chaos and bedlam’ if the U.S. Supreme Court agrees with the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision. Which is? Keeping him out of the Republican Party’s primary ballot, because of the insurrection clause in the Constitution.

Trump has an army of lawyers, whose hands are tied because he is conducting his own defence, which is tilted towards something that has nothing to do with law. The 2024 election, he has already won in his mind.

1. What is a threat?

“The crime of intentionally or knowingly putting another person in fear of bodily injury.” Source Wikipedia.

I’m not a lawyer, but I know that the law is very big on the word ‘intention.’ Working lawyers can shed more light on the legal definition of a threat, based on American case law.

2. Jack Smith and Fani Willis

Has Donald Trump shot himself in the foot? He has two pending cases.

Washington D.C.: federal election interference case against Donald Trump managed by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Atlanta Georgia: Fani Willis, Fulton County DA has charged Donald Trump under the RICO Act, for racketeering to nullify the 2020 election results, in the state of Georgia.

3. Chaos and Bedlam

The U.S. Supreme Court must be shaking in its boots because of the threat. No, it will not. Its opinion will be based on the Colorado Supreme Court decision, but Americans have questions.

- A threat is directed at somebody. Who will be the recipient of the violence, 2024 presidential candidates, the Democratic Party, Republicans who are anti-MAGA, prosecutors, judges, DA’s, AG’s, who exactly?

- Who are the soldiers on the ground, who will unleash violence against America?
