Donald Trump Crime Does Not Go Stale
Zulu proverb: icala ali-boli.
Translation: a crime doesn’t get stale.
Thanks to Donald Trump, we have fresh examples about this proverb.
Donald Trump’s Don’t Kiss and Tell Case
What happened between him and Stormy Daniels in 2016 did not get stale, like milk. It is Trump’s first criminal trial scheduled for March 25. What is before the court is not the fun they had, but Donald Trump paying Stormy Daniels not to kiss and tell, because he was embarking on the 2016 election. Where did the $130,000 to pay her off come from? That is the question.
The State of Georgia v Donald John Trump, 14 August 2023 indictment
“Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained a common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and in other states.”
There is a lot of wishful thinking, that these two criminal cases will go stale and be poured down the kitchen sink. Highly unlikely, particularly the Georgia indictment. The original Trump 18 are charged under Georgia RICO, which is a sister to the federal RICO. What is this RICO all about? To put it succinctly, “Thou shall not racketeer.”
