Donald Trump Gives America A Bad Name
Shame is subjective. Kids on the internet don't care. "It's my life. I'm not bringing shame to any community." In politics, Donald Trump reportedly accused President Biden of bringing shame to America. It’s a personal opinion, and he has many of those in his backpack.
Shame is the pinnacle of anger at a situation we cannot change. When the British landed in South Africa, Zulu kings put up a fight in wars like the Battle of Blood River. African soldiers and their spears were no match for royal gunfire, so British ‘civilization’ was complete. That civilization resulted in shame for us, shame for being African, shame for not wearing gloves like our ‘mother’ the Queen of England and shame for our food, which is now trending as organic. We were also ashamed of our Zulu and Xhosa languages with their difficult DNA, full of clicks. Ingqondo which means the mind and igqobhoka, an African who has been ‘punctured’ for adopting the English Jesus and women wearing stockings in that heat, because the Queen does.
SHAME ON AMERICA
It is not clear why the former U.S. President thinks the current one is bringing shame to America. For U.S. friends and enemies overseas, the shame is in the context of 6 January 2021. Of all places, America, the paragon of democracy?
However, it will be a different ball game internally. This year’s election will be about who brings shame to America, Donald Trump or Joe Biden? There are 50 states in the U.S. Some are angry that Trump is in and out of courts for his role in the attempt to overturn the 2020 will of the American people. They feel ashamed at such a government. Other states are ashamed of the trio:
1. Trump’s pre- 6 January sowing seeds of a stolen election.
2. Storming the Capitol for the whole world to see.
3. Trump’s disregard for the Judiciary because he wants to be president again.
Shame is subjective. In 2024, America will be voting for the guy who will remove the shame.
