Fani Willis is Not On Trial
Michael A. Roman, one of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the RICO case in Georgia is trying to ‘flip the script’ by sullying Fani Willis, Fulton County District Attorney’s name.
It won’t work because it is the last kick of a dying horse. There is a horse, that tried to subvert the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. Michael A. Roman is part of the horse either as a rider or one of the grooms that took care of it: gave the horse its daily bread (sorry! oats), took it to the river to drink and was also the masseuse that brushed its coat and tail.
That is why Fani Willis indicted Donald Trump and the original 18 co-defendants for racketeering on 14 August 2023. It is interesting that Michael A. Roman’s allegations come after his Party tried all it could to remove Fani Willis from this case. And failed.
Whether Fani Willis stays or goes, the horse is still in the stable, although it’s getting weaker by the day. Now everybody settle down. Let’s focus. Let us not indulge Michael A. Roman and forget why we are here. The indictment. Here is the introduction to the 14 August 2023 indictment.
“Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained a common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and in other states.”
We should all be on the same page about the indictment. Remember, Fani Willis is not on trial. She did not break Georgia RICO law, Michael A. Roman is accused of doing it.
