State of Georgia v Donald John Trump Will Go To Trial

Image
Michael A. Roman, Trump's chief of operations, who recruited fake electors to vote for him in Georgia, Nevada, Wyoming and Penn State after the 3 November 2020, was over, and Joe Biden had won. This is the man accusing the Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of wrong doing. Georgia. We will never know what Fani Willis is going through right now. Michael Roman, Trump's co-defendant in the RICO case decided to violate a professional woman's privacy, for doing her job. I blame myself, and other people following the case. Somehow we made it personal to Fani Willis. She did not indict Donald Trump. The state of Georgia did, on behalf of Georgia voters, Trump tried to defraud. Georgia, is all we can say. Georgia. WHO : Michael A. Roman, one of the 14 co-defendants WHERE : Donald Trump’s RICO violation case in Georgia WHAT : Michael A. Roman accuses Fulton County DA Fani Willis of having an affair with a  prosecutor she hired and wants them dismissed and the indictment thr

Black Characters Stereotypes Continue

Image
Anita Doreen Diggs writes about how publishers still use stereotypes  for black characters and nobody else. I can’t write a novel about Jews because I don’t know anything about their faith, but white writers put black people in their novels all the time, because they ‘know them’ from headline news. Black characters in most novels are drivers, maids, janitors, drug dealers and all things inferior. They are ample busted but with a sense of humour. All characters in novels are not described as white. They are just characters. It is one of the reasons why I don’t finish some books. I’m tired of the narrative that somehow, nature gave all races a brain, except the black race.  I just put aside a book to write this piece because the racial stereotype is on the first page. “She’s  Haitian , in her mid-fifties, a little humorless, brusque and professional - exactly what he and Emma wanted in a nurse.”  Page 1. Let’s remove  Haitian  for a minute. Does that water down the nurse’s qualities? No.

Foreign Students Lied to Canada

Image
There are two sides to the story. Canada and foreign students in this case. We are hearing one side of the story, which paints Canada as the bad guy for tightening screws on foreign students, for no apparent reason. There is a reason. Broken trust, or regarding Canada as a stupid country that can be easily duped. It was duped. Some foreign students from India, 700 in fact lied to immigration. The government discovered them years later when they applied for citizenship. How? The government found out they used fake admission letters from colleges that do not exist; online colleges and store-front colleges not registered with educational licensing bodies. I don’t own a college but there must be a system of accreditation in all 10 provinces. Can you imagine going to a dentist that did not go to dental school? Traditional media, projects the government as the big bad wolf. Show me one interview where individuals confess they run a college that doesn’t exist in Canada, that they write fake a

Donald Trump Crime Does Not Go Stale

Image
Zulu proverb : icala ali-boli. Translation : a crime doesn’t get stale. Thanks to Donald Trump, we have fresh examples about this proverb. Donald Trump’s Don’t Kiss and Tell Case What happened between him and Stormy Daniels in 2016 did not get stale, like milk. It is Trump’s first criminal trial scheduled for March 25. What is before the court is not the fun they had, but Donald Trump paying Stormy Daniels not to kiss and tell, because he was embarking on the 2016 election. Where did the $130,000 to pay her off come from? That is the question. The State of Georgia v Donald John Trump, 14 August 2023 indictment “ Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined  a  conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome o f the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained

Prestigious Business Address?

Image
Online pic.  What is a prestigious business address? It’s an office building a few men deemed important, and attached a dollar value to it. Trump Tower for example. The problem with such an address is its multiplier effect. All office buildings around it become ‘prestigious’ which results in a supply and demand scenario as more businesses want to rent office space there.  I’m wondering if the $355 million penalty Judge Engoron slapped on Donald Trump for defrauding New York State will have an effect on Trump Tower. Will the ‘prestige’ be tainted like the owner’s reputation? The ‘prestige’ is man-made, bank-made because New York State is humongous with tentacles like Brooklyn and Queens, but office buildings there are not as prestigious as Manhattan buildings, like Trump Tower. New York City alone is so big, many people forget that it’s not the state capital. Albany is. Manhattan is the life and soul of business deals because men who own banks created it that way. I’m saying a few men b

U.S. Supreme Court Gives Donald Trump Carte Blanche

Image
Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife Virginia. Sad breaking news. The U.S. Supreme Court will hear Donald Trump's claim that he is immune from criminal prosecution. It is just a technicality. He has won. This gives him carte blanche to do anything he wants, even cancel the November 2024 election. If someone objects, he goes to the Supreme Court. Donald Trump can and will cancel the 2024 election, if there are obstacles in his way.  That’s ludicrous. How can one man cancel the pillar of American democracy? He can, because he is ambidextrous. How? 1.  Donald Trump does not belong to the Republican Party. He does his own thing. He conducted his own town hall campaigning while the other presidential candidates argued in TV debates. He also thinks he is the ‘president-in-waiting’. That’s why he’s dictating Texas border policy. 2.  Donald Trump goes back home to the Republican Party when it suits him. The prodigal son is welcomed with open arms. That’s why he  bagged Iowa, New Hampshire,

Camera Fame and Fortune

Series, and two SAG Awards. Parents are presumed to know best for their children but they are way off base, for telling them to go to school so that they can get a good J-O-B.  They should know by now that rich and famous does not mean people with an education. It means folks who have make-up artists to prepare them for the camera.  Names used to have tails, to tell the world about college diplomas or degrees. Somebody will be called Janet Jones B.A. B.Sc. M.Ed. The practice is not so common anymore because they realised that nobody cares and the tails don’t improve their pageviews or bank balances.  We love Tik Tok and YouTube folks who do things in front of the camera.  They act in big screen and small screen movies, lip-sync their songs in music videos, play sports, read news, talk about Jesus on T.V

Trump Lies Coming Out

Image
Michael Roman is responsible for pseudo Trump electors in the criminal 'enterprise' to defraud Georgia voters. Lying is his craft. That's why he is lying in court against Fani Willis' decision to employ Nathan Wade.  " Junior, lying is bad.” We are mad at the internet for hypnotizing kids to the extent that, some don’t go to school. Because of the internet, they are also not work-proud like their parents who bore them to death with: “ I put myself through school, thanks to part-time jobs.”   The internet also exposes our secret about values, such as telling the truth. Lying is bad, but the same parents vote for politicians that lie through the teeth in broad daylight. Donald Trump is a ‘first’ for many reasons. It is still an enigma, how the seed of stopping Joe Biden’s certification on 6 January 2021, was planted in his mind. The seed developed baby roots. They became thicker and he came up with the idea of fake electors in Georgia and other states. Parents that

Trump's E-Mail Spurred Voter Suppression

Image
Photo Credit: online pic. Georgia voter suppression law was passed after this e-mail, found in the State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump indictment.  Act 114 “On or about the 3 rd  day of January, 2021, DONALD JOHN TRUMP, caused to be tweeted from the Twitter account @RealDonaldTrump, “I spoke to the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger yesterday about Fulton County and voter fraud in Georgia. He was unwilling, or unable to answer questions such as ‘the ballots under the table’ scam, ballot destruction, out of state ‘voters’, dead voters and more. He has no clue!” This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.” Below is old post, 23 October 2023.  Georgia is the first state that embraced Donald Trump’s claim that he won, but election fraud by the Democratic Party robbed him of his victory. He even accused voting machines of swindling him. Based on that lie, Republicans that are in the majority in both the House and State Senate passed the first voter suppression law. Now he

RNC Chair In Georgia Trump Indictment

Image
Ronna McDaniel present RNC Chair with a few days left, is in Trump's Georgia RICO  indictment. Can she be asked to testify somewhere down the line? Ronna McDaniel the Republican National Committee (RNC) Chair is featured in the State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump  indictment. Therefore, although she is stepping down from her chair come March 8, she might find herself on another chair, as a witness in Trump's criminal case in Georgia. The indictment is an interesting piece of literature even for me, a non-legal person. Here is a sample. Taste. Act 44 “On or about the 8 th day of December 2020, DONALD JOHN TRUMP  and JOHN CHARLES EASTMAN , placed a call to Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel to request her assistance gathering certain individuals to meet and cast electoral votes for DONALD JOHN TRUMP  on December 14, 2020, on certain states, despite the fact that  DONALD JOHN TRUMP  lost the November 3, 2020 presidential election in those states. This was an

Georgia Men Not Scared of Trump

Image
What Donald Trump wants for Christmas. The 2024 presidential election win. In fact he has demanded it from Santa. What is baffling about Donald Trump’s kidnapping is that there are still Republicans that are lint-free. Some have chosen not to run for Congress again, leaving behind plum Committee responsibilities, just to get away from the lint.   Trump’s ‘rule of Party law’ is kidnapping, blackmail and hostage taking.  My apologies for such words, but I can’t think of anything less graphic. I’m just trying to fathom why men like Brad Raffensperger are lint-free. They are their own men. Just look at the State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump  indictment for instance. It has e-mail that shows Trump’s disdain for the Secretary of State, because he rebuffed him. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has 116 examples of acts that that demonstrate the conspiracy to unlawfully and falsely change Georgia’s 2020 presidential election results, in favour of Donald Trump. Let’s look at Act 11

The State of Georgia v Donald J. Trump

Image
Law practitioners. DeKalb County Magistrate Court.  Photo Credit: On Common Ground News. We seldom think about the election’s paper work, after a general or local election. We are too happy to care, if we voted for the right men and women. Well! We might be dejected if we listened to the polls, with their guesswork and voted for defeated candidates. The 14 August 2023 indictment, The State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump, is a reminder that there’s a lot of filing involved, after voting has closed. Michael M. Roman, one of Trump’s co-defendants was the director of Trump’s fake electors in Georgia. All his racketeering resulted in a document called, CERTIFICATE OF THE VOTES OF THE 2020 ELECTORS FROM GEORGIA. Here’s a sample. Taste. Act 79 On or about the 14 th  day of December 2020, DAVID JAMES SHAFER, SHAWN MICAH TRESHER STILL, CATHLEEN ALSTON LATHAM  ……………….. committed the felony offense of IMPERSONATING A PUBLIC OFFICER , in violation of  O.C.G.A 16-10-23 , in Fulton County, Georgia,

Donald Trump Is The Georgia Teabag

Image
Donald Trump cannot throw away the teabag he is charged with. It is racketeering under the RICO Act. He tried to throw out the 2020 will of Georgia voters. He is his own problem, not Fani Willis. Donald Trump is the teabag in the RICO case in Georgia. Pouring hot water over Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ private life to make weak tea, will not throw away the teabag. Which is? The 14 August 2023  indictment. Here’a sample. Taste. Act 63 “On or about the 12th day of December 2020, MICHAEL A. ROMAN  sent an e-mail to unidicted co-conspirators Individual 4 and Individual 7, whose identities are known to the Grand Jury and other individuals associated with the Trump Campaign. In the e-mail MICHAEL A. ROMAN stated, “I need a tracker for the electors,” and instructed individuals associated with the Trump Campaign to populate entries on a shared spreadsheet listing Trump presidential elector nominees in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The entries o

Canada's Health Care and Destructive Politics

Image
Canada is under a federal system of government whereby, the ten provinces and territories have absolute control over their daily lives and the federal government in Ottawa takes care of the bigger picture such as national defence, foreign affairs, natural resources and aboriginal people’s rights. Health is also a provincial responsibility guided by the federal principle of basic free health for all. You suffer a heart attack at work. Paramedics zoom in and ask who you are. They punch on their ipads and indeed, you are a Canadian citizen living in that province. They get to the hospital, provide your health insurance number and the hospital provides the necessary service to save your life. No cost, because taxes were deducted from your salary all these years. But politics seem to be rearing its ugly head on health care. The ruling Liberal Party - although precariously - has cut a deal with the NDP. They have a scratch-my-back-I’ll scratch-yours arrangement which has resulted in a pharma

Trump But Why?

Image
Can Melania Trump shed some light on Donald Trump's behaviour. Surely, she knows something.  Short blog today. Trump, but why? Surely, he has confided in somebody, maybe Melania, why he is behaving like Samson, and wants to pull down a whole United States of America to the mud. Nonqaba waka Msimang Executive Blogger

LSU Football Series Hilarious Comedy

Image
Photo: Vogue April 2024. Ayo Edebiri, comedian and actress. Her eyes remind me of Donovan and the evil Coach Johnson. Her mum is from Barbados, dad from Nigeria. Ayo is the winner of the 2024 Golden Globe, Best TV Female Actor Musical or Comedy TV Series. The Golden Globes should have a Best Football Influencer Award . It’s not my idea. It’s an off-shoot from the IFL , which stands for Influencer Football League , the brain child of @thaddboii, America’s football ambassador. He loves football. He knows football. He knows ‘unknown’ things about football and he’s a touch down writer. Every line in his skits explains something about the game. I was thinking Best Football Influencer Award  should be in the Golden Globe platform because it has 27 categories and obviously, they used to be less than that, but film and television production evolved. That’s why entertainment journalists in America kept adding new categories, to arrive at the present 27. @Thaddboii is the inspiration for the Bes

We Moved. Voting Wise.

Image
Voting. Change of address. We don't vote for this party anymore. We usually say that when we go and live somewhere else: different address, zip code, state or country. Sometimes we forget to tell the people we money that we are moving. They continue sending us bills. If new tenants are kind, they write RETURN TO SENDER on the envelope and drop it in the mail. It’s difficult with voting. I can’t move away from my party just like that. It’s a habit. Many reasons. Grandparents voted for this party or it’s the first party I voted for when I turned 18. That’s why someone somewhere in America, coined the term ‘blue’ and ‘red’ states. Political parties are like family. There is bound to be disagreement over toothpaste, milk, shoveling snow, loud music, late nights and using the car, but it doesn’t result in a complete decapitation of the family. O.K. Fine. We move out and rent a bachelor apartment, but mom is still mom. The irritating brother is still brother. Political parties are not fa

Books I'll Never Throw Out

Image
Donald Trump is enamored with Barack Obama, so he probably has all his books. There is no more space around here to put new books therefore, book-shopping is on hold. I also throw out old books because flea markets have disappeared. They used to take used books and sell them for a dollar or 50cents. However, there are books that will be with me forever, because they are for reference purposes. I bought them, read them, understood a few petals then put them back on the shelf to read another day. Translation please. The subject matter is so complicated it makes by head spin. Look at this blog photo. These are examples of books I can never discard. Top Book:  Barack Obama’s book The  Audacity of Hope  is my reference book on U.S. politics. Don’t ask me to say all 50 American states because I’ll just excuse myself and go and fetch a glass of water. As for the United States Constitution, it is a myriad and maze of amendments to hold together conflicting interests. Second Book from top : Dae

Car Wash Messy Trunk

Image
Photo credit: online pic. Saturday is car wash day in some countries. It can start in the morning, end up lunch time, in some joint where they grill meat and drink unidentified booze or with some woman called  ‘a little bit on the side. ’ There are so many sexual diseases flying around in 2024, but it doesn’t stop men from being men. I just pity wives. They will be the ones literally holding the baby and wearing black mourning robes. However, the problem with car wash is the class system. For whatever reason, we forget to clean the trunk/boot. We even tell car wash workers not to bother about it. Why? Because it’s a mess. It resembles the 80% off bin at Marshall’s where you need fishing skills to get that silk shirt at the bottom of the pile. Why do we treat the trunk/boot as a garbage can? Time. We are extremely busy. That’s why we throw things in the boot, and forget about them. We end up buying a new tool set because we forget we have one, in the bowels of the trunk/boot. The mess i

Banks All In The Family

Image
What happens when a big bank swallows a smaller one? More land. Banks are not about money. It’s about physical assets anchored on land: your house because you didn’t buy it in cash, you took a loan. Shopping malls belong to banks, so do apartment buildings, grocery chains, hotels, parking lots, sports stadiums everything. Therefore, when a bank like RBC takes over HSBC, it’s collecting a lot of residential and commercial real estate.  What banks are involved in this case? 1. Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) 2. The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC Canada) This is not breaking news  per se , because the take-over was approved in September 2023. It was just waiting for the Canadian government’s blessing. Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland made it official on 22 December. Banks Take Care of Their Own We call it a take-over, but is it? Banks are a fraternity. They have house rules to protect and preserve. If one bank is limping, they form a circle to keep it afloat. That solida

Political Commentators Don't Take The Bus

Image
News directors in traditional radio and TV stations don’t walk. They drive. Therefore they miss the full picture of the state of the nation. Reporters used to be called news hounds because they moved around, sniffing for potential stories. That is a myopic view because most people in north America have cars. True dat, but the ordinary Jack and Jill does not sit in front of a camera and predict what will befall the nation, when a nameless presidential candidate does not win, once again. Hold on. Reporters and current affairs producers do walk. They take the elevator to the ground floor, walk to a famous New York deli, buy a pastrami sandwich and return to the news room. Because they don’t walk, they don’t know that a dollar store that opened three years ago, to poach customers from the long-running Dollarama is boarded up now. Out of business. There’s a financial and social story right there. Because political analysts drive and don’t walk, they don’t see empty stores in strip malls. Be

Donald Trump Campaign Podcast

Image
Winter Park official opening. Podcast Host :  Donald John Selfish Trump. Are these names on your birth certificate? Trump : Selfish is not. My political foes call me selfish, but I kinda like it. Podcast Host : How? It’s not complimentary. Trump : It is to me. I am selfish about saving America from corrupt judges and district attorneys.  I am selfish about saving an innocent man from the guillotine, just because he is fighting for the truth. He won the 2020 presidential election, but they  anointed ‘sleepy Joe’ President. I am selfish about making things right and re-taking what’s rightfully mine. Podcast Host : Which is? Trump : The President of the United States of America. I’m selfish about that. My foes are so bent in breaking me, they are tarnishing the word ‘selfish.’ They are making it synonymous with me, Donald John Trump. I am not sel-fish like that. I’m not selling rotten fish now, am I? Podcast Host:  You tell me. Trump : I am selfish about protecting freedom, the foundation

Internet Mistakes. Take The Blame.

Image
Boys share your bare bones photos/videos with the football team. Are girls that stupid? Home should be a sanctuary, where we run to when the rain changes its mind and becomes a raging snowstorm. Unfortunately we bring the turbulence inside, through our phones. We lead secret lives online. They could be fun, educational or suicidal. Whatever it is, we must take full responsibility for wrong choices. No. Parents are not to blame. The government is also not to blame. Courts are not to blame. We are to blame. Example. When she was 15, Shamima Begum went to Syria in 2015, joined ISIS and married an ISIS operative. The U.K. government deleted her citizenship in 2019. She appealed that decision and according to today’s CNN report, this was what the Court of Appeal said. “It could be argued the decision in Ms. Begum’s case was harsh. It could also be argued that Ms. Begum is the author of her own misfortune. But it is not for this court to agree or disagree with either point of view.” She was

Hotels Penalty for Unsupervised Kids

Image
In Europe and north America parents load kids in the car and go on vacation. Checking in hotels can be a nightmare, but can you imagine the receptionist or front desk asking you to declare your phone? YOU:  Excuse me?  Declare my phone? HOTEL:  Yes Maam.  Any cellphone to declare? YOU:  You must be kidding me?  Declare?  Like the airport?  Do you have anything to declare? HOTEL:  Yes Maam.  I can see that you are checking into the hotel with kids. YOU:   This is crazy.  I’m tired and hungry, so I’ll go along with your stupid joke.  Yes.  I have a cellphone to declare. HOTEL : Thank you Maam.  Please sign here. YOU :  A thousand dollars deposit? HOTEL :  It is refundable.  This is to protect the hotel if your child throws something down the toilet and creates a plumbing problem while you are on your phone, or she wanders about the hotel, gets lost but is not found, while you are on FB, Twitter and other anonymous networking sites. YOU :  Social networking, not anonymous you fool! HOTE

Electricians' Customer Headache

Image
Madame painter. " Dad, please don’t disturb the electrician.” Electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, window adjusters, flooring and other trades people are in your home to fix things. You called them yourself or the landlord did, if you live in a rented apartment or house. You will be at work but you live with your dad or an older relative. They must not disturb maintenance workers with a long introduction of how they are related to you, stories about what they did before they retired or in the old country, before they joined the son in Canada. They are in your home to fix things that are in the work order. Therefore, your dad should not tell them to also look at the oven, which has a funny noise. It’s not funny. We have ourselves to blame because we don’t read manuals, that come new appliances. Your dad should not supervise the electrian or plumber, looking over his shoulder and making suggestions about wires and wrenches. He is a professional. What is frustrating is that
