Commander in Chief Attacks America

Why do hens sit on eggs?

On 1 July 2024, the U.S. Supreme Court exonerated Donald Trump from January 6 atrocities, by giving presidents absolute immunity for ‘core’ acts while in office.

What speaks volumes, but was not said, is the extension of the Commander in Chief function, resident in Article 11 Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution. Schoolkids in America will happily tell you it gives the president powers to protect America from external enemies. That’s why it mentions the Army and Navy.

The absolute immunity ruling collapses the internal and external jobs of a president. The oath presidents take, is commitment to be protector of the United States of America. The Commander in Chief function protects that entity, like how the egg shell protects the yellow circle inside, the egg yolk.

Therefore, the absolute immunity ruling means January 6, was part of Donald Trump’s ‘core’ acts as president. The Supreme Court exonerates him for merging two core functions into one. How? The function of protector and annihilator of foreign enemies. On January 6, Donald Trump decided to smash the egg against a stone. Americans had voted, and Mike Pence as the Vice President, did his housekeeping duty to formalize the will of the people.

Donald Trump saw that as an enemy act and invoked his Commander-in-Chief function on the egg. The U.S. Supreme Court agrees.
