People over 60 vote. Therefore, if co-opted Democrats succeed to kick out President Biden from the race, they must know that ‘rejected’ human beings will follow him. They know exactly how it feels to be old; to be rejected; to be regarded as a liability; and to be stripped of all value. It’s the story of getting old in ‘developed’ societies. Throw them out with the rotary phone. Send them to homes for the aged.

Any palace coup Democrats are fermenting must remember that people over 60 vote. Stats from the U.S. Census reported that: “The older population reached 55.8 million or 16% of the population of the United States in 2020.”

These are voters who can relate to the attempt to marginalize Biden because of his age. They know his report card and that includes how he capped the Medicare price of insulin to $35 in the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act. What is insulin? You would know if you have diabetes. What is diabetes? People over 60 know what diabetes is, but it is not restricted to them.

Insulin is a health issue, something Vice President Kamala Harris, Texas Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett and many other Democrats highlight constantly. It is a grassroots issue and people over 60 are grassroots.

What are grassroots voters? They vote on substance, on issues that affect their health and communities, not on what Joe Biden said or did not say in a 90 minute television debate. Grassroots are people who admit they benefit from certain legislation although they vote Republican.

Careful rogue Democrats, don’t underestimate people over 60. They are obviously younger than President Biden but they know how it feels to be treated like kids: be seen not heard. These are also voters that will remember January 6, 2021 in the voting booth, because it still gives them goose bumps. 

“I still can’t believe it happened in our country. We are not a banana republic. Hell no!”

No Air Miles

I don’t have Air Miles.   I’m considering putting that on a T-Shirt because I cannot go to the drugstore (chemist) or coffee shop without the cashier asking me if I have air miles. We waited for about two minutes the other day, while this guy looked for his Air Miles card in his overweight wallet.   For what?   For a few points. I don’t have air miles because Mathematics is a foreign language.   I was never good in numbers. That is why I squashed the idea of being an investment banker very early in life.   I understand you can invest in cornfields before the soil is turned up or pork bellies even before a baby pig is born.
