Donald Trump's Georgia Canoe is Sinking

Kamala Harris will take the canoe home. Georgia voters have had enough with voter suppression laws and pure thuggery.

Background: Donald Trump is helping Georgia Republicans lose both House and Senate in November. How? At his August 3 rally in Atlanta, he blessed what the Georgia State Election Board wants to do: steal the 2024 election in broad daylight. Georgia voters remember that anything approved by Trump is illegal and immoral, and they will vote the Genius GOP out.

Time to refresh the memory

I don’t know what a conspiracy theory is. Yes, I Googled it but I’m still clueless. Thanks to former U.S. President Donald Trump, I know that ‘conspiracy’ is a legal term with dire consequences. Here’s a re-cap for the people outside the U.S.

November 3, 2020: America has a presidential election.

Who was running?: Democratic Party fielded Joe Biden. The Republican Party fielded Donald Trump, who was the sitting U.S. President at the time. I think incumbent is the right word, if I’m not mistaken.

Who won the election? Joe Biden did. Donald Trump refused the accept defeat and told his supporters to storm the Capitol on 6 January 2021, to stop the usual peaceful hand-over to the winning president. You have a television set or a phone therefore, you saw what happened on that day.

That resulted in the ‘twin cases’, about Donald Trump’s conspiracy against American voters.

Washington D.C: 1 August 2023 indictment.

“The purpose of the conspiracy was to overturn the legitimate results of the 2020 presidential election by using knowingly false claims of election fraud to obstruct, and defeat the lawful federal government function by which the results of the presidential election are collected, counted and certified by the federal government.”

Georgia Fulton County 14 August 2023 indictment.

“Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained a common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and in other states.”

The U.S. Supreme Court will give Donald Trump the immunity he demands. Yes, it will, judging from previous opinions. What next? What happens to these twin cases?
