Salmon Over Cooked
Salmon really doesn’t like heat. If I wasn’t scared of long lines at the airport check-in, passengers from hell and waiting for the plane bathroom, I’ll fly to Kyoto Japan pronto, to learn the art of making sushi.
I made a mistake a few days ago. I forgot that salmon is anti-heat. I found my favourite pasta at a drugstore last week. Drugstores sell everything nowadays, don’t they? I cooked onion and tomatoes in canola oil for 6minutes. I placed salmon on top and switched off the heat, but left the pot on the stove. I added the boiled pasta, tiny tiny chilies and some cheddar cheese. I turned the heat to low, so that everybody could get acquainted.
I completely forgot that it was too much heat for the fish. I didn’t enjoy the meal. The salmon was dry and tossed and turned in my mouth. Never again. I will remove it from the onion and tomato mix before I add the pasta.
