War Who Has The Right of Way?

Driving instructors teach you how to drive a vehicle, but it’s more than that. They also improve your eyesight. Example, four-way stops. Who arrived first? Instructors insist on caution, double check and not take anything for granted, in case that guy in the powerful two-seater jumps the stop, just to show off how powerful his machine is.

Not the river. Crocodiles are territorial and that causes war. They live in the river. They don’t believe in other animals’ right to have a drink and cross over to the other side. Crocodiles are not scared of anybody. The mighty lion is not a fish. It gets thirsty and goes to the river for a glass or gallon of water. The crocodile lies in wait. The lion cannot fly so it must cross the river at some stage to go uptown or downtown. The crocodile lies in wait.

I’m a human so naturally I have a small brain, which tells me the crocodile will not dare attack the lion. It does. There’s a scuffle and I never watch the rest of video to see who wins. I’m in the same predicament with the current war, which is getting more coverage than Ukraine and Russia. There are conflicting views. Lions claim they have a right of passage and to drink water from the common tap, the river. Crocodiles say it is their space, so they decide who crosses, who gets eaten. They also say lions are not the target. Anything that tries to cross is fair game.

The four-way stop is not the solution because this particular river is not like what driving instructors taught us. Who arrived first at the river is highly emotional, and it can’t work. How about building a bridge then to stop the war? Maybe there was such an attempt. I guess I must do extensive research on this river before I pass judgement.
