Lewis Hamilton Ignores Cacophony

Lewis Hamilton from Britain drives funny flat cars without trunks at the back, to store luggage. It’s called motor sport. Or is it car racing? Never mind. 

Hamilton is very good at it. That’s why he has won seven Formula 1 championships. He tried to win again last year in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) but lost.

There’s a lot of controversy about what happened, what did not. Who did what, who omitted to do what? Legitimate and fly by night experts tweet about it everyday.

What riles them a lot though is that Lewis Hamilton is not saying a word, probably advice from Anthony Hamilton his dad and first coach. It is the right strategy because he cannot compete with commentators, who seem to know Lewis Hamilton more than he knows himself.

ONLINE CACOPHONY

Noise is noise. We cannot sift fact from fiction, but one thing for sure, fiction has turned into wishful thinking. Part of the cacophony wants Lewis Hamilton to retire from Formula 1.

How did the noise come to that conclusion? He lost in Abu Dhabi therefore he’s not man enough to take defeat. We presume people who are pushing the opinion to push out Hamilton from Formula 1, know him extremely well. That he is that kind of a person.

Attempts to force Lewis Hamilton to retire won't work. He and his parents made the decision to enter the sport. They will also decide when to exit. That is why he is silent. It is golden.

Comfort Food As Regret Food

Chicken curry. Comfort food is good for the soul, which usually bleeds in winter from icy roads, bad drivers that want to annihilate pedestrians, frozen fingers and toes that take a sabbatical.   What happened to my toes?   I thought I was wearing special socks for boots? Being a passenger is very stressful.   You must listen to the owner of the car, nod and grumble yes to everything he says because you don’t want to piss him off. Two things can happen if you disagree with the driver: he can lose concentration and you all end up in a mash-up accident or stop the car and ask you to get out.   That is the driver’s prerogative.   You must listen to me if you are a passenger in my car.   Let’s flip the script for a minute and sympathise with the driver if she has a passenger who is more intelligent than Albert Einstein. He talks non-stop.   It is all about himself, how right he is, how good he is, how stupid his boss is.
