Internet Makes War A Dinosaur

YouTube pays you when you reach a certain number of subscribers, but one million is the goal for most video creators. That’s why we see strange videos online: the funny, the hateful, the ego, the delusional, the suicidal, the historical, the scientific, the political and the deadly religious.

Then we have the war between Russia and Ukraine. It is a senseless war with Russia and America testing the waters with the blood of ordinary Ukrainians. Russia says no, America will not plant itself in my backyard, the same way it will not allow a foreign power in Canada, its back yard. America (which controls NATO) says we are here to protect democracy.

That brings us to the one million YouTube followers. They come from all over the world, including Russia and Ukraine. They are online friends by choice, and enemies by government force. It’s not about democracy. America knows what it wants, and has already approved blueprints for major corporate stakeholders and land grabbers, ‘When Russia falls.’ Russia is equally to blame. It also has plans for Ukraine, ‘When we capture Zelensky.’

The Ukraine war is a waste of blood because the internet has overthrown passports whether they are blue, red, green or black. What matters is sharing ideas or just to take a break from life and laugh. Russians and Ukrainians understand languages spoken in their respective countries. Therefore, they recognize names, but that doesn’t stop them from following each other on YouTube, Face, Instagram or Twitter.

War is a dinosaur. The Cold War is over. We are online citizens now.
