We all wish we never end up in court before a judge, but we cannot predict tomorrow. Only Donald Trump can. He has cloaked himself with solar and lunar powers. That’s why he believes he can rise like the sun and the moon.

1. He will be the Republican Party 2024 nominee.

2. Americans will vote for him and he will become a double-digit U.S. President (45th and 47th).

We don’t have the ability to predict the future, like him. All we know is that we don’t wish to be in court for any reason, because it is like a foreign country and treats us like foreign nationals. The court system does not recognize job titles. That’s why it’s not moved by Trump’s attachment to the title: president. The court freezes job titles and give us labels.

Defendant

Plaintiff

Witness

Litigant

Appellant

Respondent

How about witnesses? They can be people with job titles that denote their expertise, like doctors. Yes, they are, but they are presented to the court as witnesses, period. Their titles will be mentioned once they take the stand.

Courts give us blanket designations because we are all equal before the law. Supposedly.

Comfort Food As Regret Food

Chicken curry. Comfort food is good for the soul, which usually bleeds in winter from icy roads, bad drivers that want to annihilate pedestrians, frozen fingers and toes that take a sabbatical.   What happened to my toes?   I thought I was wearing special socks for boots? Being a passenger is very stressful.   You must listen to the owner of the car, nod and grumble yes to everything he says because you don’t want to piss him off. Two things can happen if you disagree with the driver: he can lose concentration and you all end up in a mash-up accident or stop the car and ask you to get out.   That is the driver’s prerogative.   You must listen to me if you are a passenger in my car.   Let’s flip the script for a minute and sympathise with the driver if she has a passenger who is more intelligent than Albert Einstein. He talks non-stop.   It is all about himself, how right he is, how good he is, how stupid his boss is.
