Saving The Teapot From Donald Trump

Donald Trump is telling his supporters to be aware of what he calls RINO: Republicans in Name Only. This means he regards himself as being synonymous with the Party, which is also known as the Tea Party. He is the incarnation of the teapot.

However, members like Liz Cheney won’t allow him to break the teapot. Candidates vying to be the 2024 nominee also respect the vessel. That’s why they do the debates. They just want different tea: green tea, earl gray, red tea, lemon tea, chamomile, rooibos etc. Donald Trump on the other hand, wants to smash the teapot into smithereens.

Someone online called him President Trump. There are millions of Republicans, silent voters, who will not allow him to hit the teapot against the wall. Voters are not homogeneous. They vote Republican because it’s been a family party for generations, because it’s tied to their view of what America is or ought to be, because they cut deals with big money or because of religion. Either way. They are proud to be the party of Ronald Regan. They loved him as a cowboy in movies, so they sent him to the White House. They also tell grandchildren about the two bushes: George Bush the president and George W. Bush the president (his son).

Yes. That’s a perfect example. The Bush family never claimed they own the teapot, although they were in the White House twice. The Republican teapot is a collective treasure, not a Trump family heirloom. I was wrong about Donald Trump destroying the Republican Party. Caretakers of the teapot won’t let him. What is good is that they are the silent majority. He cannot intimidate them because they are anonymous.
