Trans Gender Kids Legal Implications

She’s just a little girl.

Pedophiles want to have sex with children. That's why they don’t see the stage called childhood, present in all animals. They see sex objects, the reason they are called child molesters. That will change because of trans gender kids. Their mothers give birth to them as boys, but they decide at an early age, that they are girls.

Pedophiles are happy about it, because if an eight year old boy takes such a life changing decision at that age, he can also decide how and with whom to have sex. It will be two consenting adults. Society cannot accuse them of being child molesters.

The Los Angeles Superior Court granted Zaya Wade, the right to change himself into a girl, despite legal objection from Siohvaughn Funches, who carried him in her womb for nine months.

He is legally a girl now. But what is she, in the eyes of the law, a minor or an adult? The American legal system protects children from outsiders and their own families. That’s why it has the following.

1. Compulsory education. When kids reach 5 or 6, government wants them in school.

2. Minors cannot vote, drink or drive until they reach 18.

3. Contract law does not recognize contracts made with minors. They can default and there are no remedies for you, the adult. So be careful with doing business with minors on YouTube .

4. Juvenile Court is well known. It decides on ‘juvi’ offenses.

5. Before cellphones, parents could control T.V content not suitable for kids.

All this changes, if the legal system agrees that minors can change how they pee - standing or sitting - when they are still minors.

Being a passenger is very stressful.   You must listen to the owner of the car, nod and grumble yes to everything he says because you don’t want to piss him off. Two things can happen if you disagree with the driver: he can lose concentration and you all end up in a mash-up accident or stop the car and ask you to get out.   That is the driver’s prerogative.   You must listen to me if you are a passenger in my car.   Let’s flip the script for a minute and sympathise with the driver if she has a passenger who is more intelligent than Albert Einstein.
