Cooking At Pam's Place

Pam has practical ideas on all aspects of the kitchen,
keeping lettuce fresh or using oven racks effectively.

The internet has no manners. It doesn’t knock, just breezes in on your online space. It has diamonds, like Rihanna’s song or gravel. Cooking At Pam’s Place on Tik Tok and YouTube is a raw gem.

We go online for different reasons. I go there to learn and Pam has original content, not gravel mixed with someone else’ content. Pam solves problems I have encountered or continue to encounter in the kitchen. I laughed when I saw her Tik Tok video on cling wrap. There you go. It also frustrates you right? Pam has a solution.

Why do we keep eggs in the refrigerator door? Because manufacturers, who have never boiled an egg in their lives, carved a space for them. Pam tells us why we should keep eggs inside the fridge. She also forces us to think, something we don’t like because we are too busy, stealing other people’s ideas and call them ‘Welcome to my YouTube Channel.’

Ketchup for example, which is called tomato sauce outside north America. What happens when you run out of something when you are cooking? You either rush to the store or omit it from the recipe. Pam shows you how to make your own ketchup.

#cookingatpamsplace is very helpful with freezer tips. We buy in bulk when the price is right but we don’t cook all the contents in a package. Pam has practical ideas of how to freeze what we did not use, like frozen biscuits for example.

There are so many depressing things online that photo bomb our viewing pleasure. It’s good to know that @cookingatpamsplace will make us smile and also enrich our minds.
