Comfort Food For Coach Prime

I prefer basa steaks. Use any white fish.
Mango fruit salad to mend Coach Prime's broken heart.

October 13, the date Deion Sanders will never forget. CU Buffaloes went down to Stanford Cardinals 46-43, after being ahead 29 points. Ouch!

No problem we, the Coach Prime nation, are bonded to CU Buffs like glue. The love is unbreakable. First thing on the agenda is to mend his broken heart. I have complete confidence in his Ride or Die. She will go to town and buy a round basin, add some warm water, and let him rest his tired feet and heart.

Her fiancĂ©e once said ‘I’m gonna grill it, but not on the skillet.’ Yes Coach Prime, we have receipts on all your pronouncements. LOL. The Ride or Die is not a skillet person, but desperate times call for desperate measures, so she’ll open the skillet drawer and pull one out. She will need the following, to prepare a fish dinner for her man.

- Basa steaks or red snapper, or halibut

- I prefer basa. Red snapper has a lot of bones. Halibut is too dry for me.

- Onions

- Garden/yard tomatoes,

- Jamaican jerk sauce or seasoning

- Olive oil

- leeks

Recipe

1. Defrost the fish

2. Cook onion, tomatoes, jerk sauce in olive oil for 6m

3. Place steaks on top. Cook for 5m

4. Carefully turn them over. Cook for another 5m

5. Turn off heat and add chopped leeks

6. Leave on stove for 3m for fish to get acquainted with leeks

7. Serve with rice or green salad.

The End.
