Artificial Intelligence Trap Flash Mob Robbers

Expensive items are chained to something. There's an online video where
a flash mob thief grabbed a bag, but it was chained to a stand. Are thieves welders?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not intelligent if it cannot stop flash mob store robbery, experienced by stores like Nordstrom. Thieves are anonymous because they wear masks, but they are well organized. They decide when to crowd-rob a store, grab as many expensive handbags as possible and run out.

Artificial intelligence is not intelligent enough if it cannot work with security cameras to stop it. Every building in Canada and the U.S. is wired. That’s why I cannot pick my nose is public. Stores have surveillance cameras for obvious reasons. AI is very clever. I enter a store, the door opens and closes after me. That’s not AI, it’s electronics. Is that right? Anyway, cameras capture me.

Clever AI should be able to spring into action and freeze store doors during a flash mob robbery. This includes revolving doors. AI could also make the store dark completely, not only switch off electricity, but use something to make it dark like the bottom of a dam. Making the store pitch black will protect store workers and security guards, who will be hiding somewhere.

The point I’m trying to make is trapping thieves until the police arrives. Security guards apprehend one or two thieves at Walmart but they cannot be expected to risk their lives during a flash mob store robbery. Artificial intelligence is everywhere, whether we want it or not. Therefore, it should demonstrate its brilliance by shutting down all systems, electronics or otherwise to trap the thieves inside. Yes, I understand they are very fast, but AI is super fast isn’t it?
