Georgia Supreme Rejects Hand Counting Ballots

Breaking news 22 October: The State of Georgia Supreme Court has rejected the appeal by the State Election Board, to overturn the decision of a lower court. The Board wanted to hand-count ballots and also give counties 'reasonable inquiry' to challenge the validity of ballots. The Appeals Court tossed out the Board's rules. That's why it took the matter to the Georgia Supreme Court.
