Deion Sanders Answers The Question

I don’t envy Deion Sanders, Football Head Coach, Colorado Buffaloes. It’s too much responsibility, having kids transfer to Colorado University with the hope that he will help them fulfill half or all their dreams. That’s why I did a piece about it, 4 October, 2024 and the overriding question was: Will they play when they get to Boulder?

What he said after the CU Buffaloes win against the Arizona Wildcats this past weekend, answers my question. “Trying to find that click, trying to find that fit,” Coach Prime said. “It’s like when you put a key into the ignition and turn it. If it don’t work, it ain’t the one, right? So you just trying to find that mesh there who works well with others and who could come in at short notice.”

“And in this day and age (transfer) portaling, you want to kind of keep guys happy as well that can possibly play. You don’t want dawgs sitting over there on the sideline because they don’t get an opportunity to get in the game." SOURCE: BuffZone, October 21, 2024.
