Supreme Court will throw Jack Smith and democracy under the bus, and grant Donald Trump immunity.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has Plan B, he will put in motion when the U.S. Supreme Court rules that indeed, Donald Trump has immunity against prosecution for crimes committed when he lived in the White House.

It’s a done deal. Trump will walk. We know what happened to Roe v. Wade and how he boasts about how he killed it. Jack Smith tries to think ahead, especially because he is dealing with somebody that changes shapes like an amoeba. Last year, Smith wanted to get the immunity barricade Trump was erecting out of the way. So he approached the Supreme Court to give an opinion ASAP. On 22 December 23, the justices declined and said he must go through the whole legal chain first . In February 2024, a federal court ruled Donald Trump has no immunity from prosecution. He appealed to the Supreme Court in March, and here we are, waiting for the its decision.

Trump will walk. The Supreme Court will throw Jack Smith and the American people under the bus. That is why Jack Smith is working on Plan B. What is it? It’s a secret, but it will still be anchored on the August 1, 2023 indictment, accusing Donald J. Trump of three conspiracies, which, “targeted a bedrock function of the United States federal government: the nation’s process of collecting, counting and certifying the results of the presidential election ….”

Jack Smith has a plan, must have a plan because the die is cast with the Supreme Court. If Trump tells the men and women he appointed to that body that he has immunity, so shall it be.

Comfort Food As Regret Food

Chicken curry. Comfort food is good for the soul, which usually bleeds in winter from icy roads, bad drivers that want to annihilate pedestrians, frozen fingers and toes that take a sabbatical.   What happened to my toes?   I thought I was wearing special socks for boots? Being a passenger is very stressful.   You must listen to the owner of the car, nod and grumble yes to everything he says because you don’t want to piss him off. Two things can happen if you disagree with the driver: he can lose concentration and you all end up in a mash-up accident or stop the car and ask you to get out.   That is the driver’s prerogative.   You must listen to me if you are a passenger in my car.   Let’s flip the script for a minute and sympathise with the driver if she has a passenger who is more intelligent than Albert Einstein. He talks non-stop.   It is all about himself, how right he is, how good he is, how stupid his boss is.
