Georgia RICO Mark Meadows The Twin
Georgia. U.S.A.
I am not of the legal fraternity, but common sense tells me Mark Meadows, Donald Trump’s former lawyer, should know better and not try to flee the scene of the crime. Where is it? Georgia, where he is one of the original 18 co-defendants in the State of Georgia v. Donald John Trump indictment.
Apparently, he claims that he should be tried in a federal court, and not a state court. No, can’t do, because of the twin nature of Georgia RICO, a sister to the federal RICO Act, but much broader. Fani Willis, Fulton County District Attorney, charged Mark Meadows and company with crimes prohibited by the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
RICO as a twins’ Act
Mark Meadows cannot fly the coop because RICO is a twin act. Trump and his co-defendants are wearing the same matching clothes like twins. RICO calls them associates. Was Mark Meadows part of the conspiracy to overturn the legitimate 2020 results of the Georgia presidential election? He was. Was he instrumental in ‘knowingly and unlawfully’ forming a criminal enterprise that had racketeering in mind? Yes, he was. Does he have non-indicted associates and co-conspirators that will testify that such a conspiracy, did exist? Yes he does. That is where the twin cities exist. That is the beauty of RICO. It recognizes family, criminal family. Twins grow in a woman’s womb and that is what he should remember. He flew to Georgia for racketeering activities. Georgia is the womb, the scene of the crime, so he must forget about leaving for a federal court.
