Immigration Don't Jump The Queue

“Take these fake papers, and fly to Canada.”

“But, what if I’m caught?”

“Don’t worry, Canada won’t deport you.”

Canada will deport you, like that reported case of 700 students from India that entered the country fraudulently using fake college admission letters. After the breaking news, it was discovered that there are many fake colleges in Ontario and Vancouver.

Deportation is still in the works, for some of those foreign students. How were they caught? When they applied for citizenship. Thousands of people want to come to Canada as students or as families. They have contacted immigration and are waiting for their applications to be approved. In the meantime, they are going on with their daily life and will only make travel preparations when they get the immigration letter with that first sentence: We are pleased to …………….

Canadians who received that letter many years ago are not pleased with foreign students that want to jump the queue/line. People who are still waiting for that letter in some parts of the world are not pleased either. They don’t appreciate some foreign students that subject Canada to ridicule, by thinking they are more ‘clever’ than the government. In a way, they are, because apparently, fake colleges had been going on for years. It was fool-proof in a way, until they applied for citizenship.

Applying to come to Canada might take longer than you want but it is worth the wait. The government will take care of the paperwork like the visa, and the social insurance number. Every country has such a number. In South Africa and America, foreigners marry local women for that little booklet. Some divorce them afterwards, and bring ‘women from home.’

Canada has various immigration packages: family, church, employers etc. The government-sponsored package is the best, but it sends newcomers to under-populated provinces, far from Toronto, the happening city. What is not advisable is trying to jump the line, like some foreign students.
