Canada also has a Supreme Court, although it’s not as well-known as the U.S. Supreme Court. But still, Canadians didn’t think it will decide issues like online dating where people chat, say the door opener, 'I love you' then meet to have sex.

On Friday 29 July 2022, CBC News reported the outcome of a condom use case that played out in British Columbia courts and went all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada.

A man and a woman met online. They arranged to see each other, eyeball to eyeball and had sex in March 2017. The woman had a condition, he must put on what is called the raincoat, in other countries.

They had a go at it with full protection, but later on at night the man pretended he had put on protection, when he didn’t. The Supreme Court in its ruling said sex without a condom, when it had been a condition, can be sexual assault.

Lawyers and the whole legal fraternity will analyze the implications of this precedent. The complainant, whose name is protected, took Ross McKenzie Kirkpatrick to court for the deception. Now there will be a new trial.

Millions of women globally do not have her choice. Husbands play outside and bring the dust home, to wives. ‘I’ll kill my wife if she says I should wear a condom'  is a common sentiment.

One caller told a radio host, “This thing (deadly disease) comes to us when we are sitting here, at home.”

Comfort Food As Regret Food

Chicken curry. Einstein Passengers

Being a passenger is very stressful.   You must listen to the owner of the car, nod and grumble yes to everything he says because you don’t want to piss him off. Two things can happen if you disagree with the driver: he can lose concentration and you all end up in a mash-up accident or stop the car and ask you to get out.   That is the driver’s prerogative.   You must listen to me if you are a passenger in my car.   Let’s flip the script for a minute and sympathise with the driver if she has a passenger who is more intelligent than Albert Einstein. He talks non-stop.   It is all about himself, how right he is, how good he is, how stupid his boss is. Einstein is also a driving instructor.   “Careful.   Look at that guy.   Is he crazy or something? ” says Einstein.
