Shower Heads Like Rubik's Cube
Hotels have pretty ads, with the beds artistically made and colour-coded tiled bathrooms, but they don’t zoom in on shower heads.
Must they be so complicated? They look like something billionaire Richard Branson brought back from outer space. Some look like eyes, as in, looking you straight in the eye. I guess I have to turn them right or left because I need to shower and rush to the meeting. Oops! Cold water. I should have turned the thing to the left? What happened to red and blue dots, indicators for hot and cold water?
A second shower? Why is there a smaller shower under the top one? Leave that alone, unless you want to flood the place. Hotels can upgrade themselves as much as they want but the main aim is to make things easier for guests, not difficult. Who should I call to show me how to use complicated shower heads? Housekeeping or security?
The 2020 pandemic was rough for people who love to fly, or had to fly because it was essential travel. Flying to the other side of the globe to meet Andrew Tate is not essential travel.
At the outbreak of COVID-19, travelers were put in hotels for quarantine purposes. How were the shower heads, outer space objects or simple and straight forward like rain? Booking into a hotel in a few weeks' time? Call front desk for the answer to that question.
