Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Chinese platforms I don’t know, are called social media. That’s why they have the COMMENTS section.

Social comes from the word society and that implies people, and what do people do? They talk. Comments are a form of talking. The comments section is an assumption of many things.

l Birds of the same feather flock together, so they want to share flying thoughts.

l Hunters want something so they send comments about their needs.

l Theatre of war, where birds elude hunters and they in return continually improve technology as a weapon of destruction.

DISABLING COMMENTS

The scary part about social media is hypnosis. At what point do we forget that it is not real? Unfortunately, we do, which brings us to comments.

We disable comments when they hurt us, make us cry, commit suicide or destroy ‘real life’ lives. We are hurt because we are human beings. We don’t know who sent the comment because there’s no picture, just an egg or picture of a dog or any other pet.

That is enormous power for anonymous sources. The ‘social’ part of social media works for them. Mission to destroy accomplished. It’s not their fault. We dig our own graves for believing the internet is a society.

Comfort Food As Regret Food

Chicken curry. Comfort food is good for the soul, which usually bleeds in winter from icy roads, bad drivers that want to annihilate pedestrians, frozen fingers and toes that take a sabbatical.   What happened to my toes?   I thought I was wearing special socks for boots? Einstein Passengers

Being a passenger is very stressful.   You must listen to the owner of the car, nod and grumble yes to everything he says because you don’t want to piss him off. Two things can happen if you disagree with the driver: he can lose concentration and you all end up in a mash-up accident or stop the car and ask you to get out.   That is the driver’s prerogative.   You must listen to me if you are a passenger in my car.   Let’s flip the script for a minute and sympathise with the driver if she has a passenger who is more intelligent than Albert Einstein. He talks non-stop.   It is all about himself, how right he is, how good he is, how stupid his boss is. Einstein is also a driving instructor.   “Careful.   Look at that guy.   Is he crazy or something? ” says Einstein.
