Trans Gender Kids and Children's Act
In the best interest of the child, is the over riding factor in adoption, also found in the Children’s Act of most countries and United Nations agreements. This interest is protected, because a child is a human being in progress, that does not have the mental and legal capacity to make decisions for himself or herself.
Unfortunately, adoption agencies and courts tend to look at the bank balance of adoptive parents. While many adopted kids testify that adoption gave them love and tailored them to be successful adults, there are also court cases where kids killed adoptive parents because they were abusing them.
Because money is the ideal, a court cannot detect that adoptive parents are racist, that want to mask their hatred. White people like Charlize Theron, born in one of the most racist neighborhoods in South Africa, can choose from millions of white kids that need families, but they take a conscious decision to adopt black kids.
Madonna the singer, went to Malawi and adopted David Banda when he was a baby. His father consented because of Madonna’s millions. Now he wants his son back. David is 16 and there’s no chance in hell he will agree to go back to Malawi, after living a super rich with a mother that needs paparazzi, like fish needs water.
Trans gender kids. The whole notion of ‘in the best interest of the child’ sheds off like a snake’s skin. There’s no child to be protected, not after a 10 year-old boy demands to be treated like a girl, and the legal system agrees. That decision can attract adoptive parents that will use him for their preferences. They have money in the bank, that represents: in the best interest of the child.
