Referendum First Before World War 3

World War 3 against Russia?  There must be a referendum in NATO countries if the United States decides on such a course of action. For all practical purposes, America is NATO. It calls the shots.

Britain did it. It had a referendum on leaving the European Union (E.U.). It was called Brexit. Some liked the E.U. Others didn’t. So, it was put to the citizens. What did they want? They wanted to exit, leave, goodbye, so long, adios.

If Britain can hold a referendum on an economic arrangement such as  the E.U., surely it should hold one on life and death, which is war. Citizens of NATO countries should decide if they want to fly hundreds of miles from home, for an ideology.

Russia invaded Ukraine for an ideology. The U.S. supported the 2014 coup in Ukraine. President Volodymry Zelensky wants NATO, the opposing ideology to help his country. There must be a referendum about the war because men and women will die from Russia’s winter and survivors will come back without limbs, damaged mental faculties or eyesight.

There must be a referendum because a war doesn’t change the lives of ordinary soldiers. If they live in Britain, they will still come back to a class system, which has been in existence since World War 1 and World War 2. In the U.S. African Americans will go back to racism that made them join the army. No job. Solution? Join the army.

If NATO citizens are expected to die in Russia, there should be a referendum about whether they want to lay down their lives or not.
