Tina Peters In Jail for Trump's Election Fraud
12 August 2024 Verdict
A Colorado jury found Tina Peters, a former Mesa County Clerk, guilty of seven of 10 counts related to, a 2021 breach of the Mesa County election system. She was convicted of three counts of:
1. Attempting to influence a public official
2. Conspiracy to attempt criminal impersonation
3. Official misconduct
4. Violation of duty
5. Failure to comply with an order of the Secretary of State
Tina Peters was a public servant but she believed Donald Trump’s lie that he won the 2020 election and that some how, machines that count ballots were also responsible for ‘robbing’ Trump. Tina Peters turned off cameras in the room with the machines and let in another Trump supporter, to copy information from hard drives.
The Colorado Attorney General’s office summarized her criminal activities in simple English. “She was not protecting the election integrity. The defendant was the fox guarding the hen house. She used her power for her own advantage.”
3 October 2024
She was sentenced to 9 years in prison for believing Donald Trump’s lie and acting upon it. For the next six months, Tina Peters will be in the Mesa County Detention Facility, then transferred to the Colorado Department of Corrections to live there for nine years. She sacrificed her life for Donald Trump, a man who doesn't care about anybody under the sun. Ask Melania.
