Land Small Piece But Valuable

Land is still valuable, no matter how small it is, but it is wise to look before you leap. You can get it for a bargain but what are you going to use it for? Location. Location. Location, as people who dabble in real estate put it. Land is not popular as an investment because there's no income. It is just there, sitting pretty.

Look at this blue property. It is flanked by two properties that look older. I'm trying to think if this piece of land was a foot path or a small house, somebody bought and renovated. Is it someone's home or rented property? Personally, I wouldn't rent it because there's no sunlight coming in. What, if tenants have cars, where would they park?

It's an odd piece of land, smaller than a street with two lanes, but somebody saw a possibility and built upwards. It was the only way because it is sandwiched between tall properties.
